Ibn Sina Doctor Appointment

it's really useful..their call center service is very poor.. I called their customer service at least 12 to 15 times.. each time they hung me over the phone but nobody answered my calls and each Time they charged 1.46 taka per minute!! but now I find this app which is really beneficial for me..no need to call any body..easily get my serial. good job. but ibne sina should maintain their customer service number seriously.they have to proper utilize it.plz take necessary step in this serious matter

If you can fix these two major issues, I will gladly rate 5 star! 1. There should be an appointment records page. Rebooking option would be plus! 2. Health package page should have visual and text based information cards for each packages. e.g. tests, associated departments, available doctors and either booking option at availability page or purchase health package CTA. Tests detail, assigned doctors, assigned dates and invoice would go to SMS inbox.

This app made the doctor appointment easier. But exploring doctor is very hard. If we choose a paeticular category and try to see the doctors it is not possible. When we select a doctor from that category to view his details and go back. It take us to main page. Funny thing is, you can't even select that category from the drop down. You have start from the beginning. Please solve this issue. Also add an option to find doctors by time of the day. I mean put a filter for time to search soctor.
